Teen Advisory Board

TAB is a gathering of teens who earn community service hours by helping the library to plan programs, select material to add to collections, write reviews, and promote the library to teens and the community.

The teen advisory board meets on the first Thursday of the month from 4-5 PM to assist the library in creating events, developing resources, and promoting the library to teens and the community. Teens who wish to volunteer at the library can fill out a teen volunteer application and if selected, participate in the teen advisory board.

Youth STEM Program

Youth ages 8+ are invited to build and launch water rockets and virtually “meet” an engineer from NASA on Tuesday, April 2. We will be building rockets and meeting our virtual speaker from 1-2 PM in the Grossman Gallery, and then conducting launches in the parking lot of the church across the street from 2:00-2:30. Registration is recommended.
